Mental health symptoms can affect sleep, concentration, relationships, work, school, physical health, and everyday life. Oberidon Health evaluates a range of psychiatric concerns through individualized telepsychiatry appointments.

Depression

Persistent sadness, loss of interest, low energy, changes in sleep or appetite, guilt, hopelessness, or difficulty functioning.

Trauma- and Stressor-Related Concerns

Symptoms that may follow traumatic or highly stressful experiences, including intrusive memories, avoidance, hyperarousal, mood changes, or sleep disturbance.

Sleep-Related Concerns

Sleep difficulty may occur independently or alongside psychiatric or medical conditions and is evaluated in the broader clinical context.

 

Anxiety Disorders

Excessive worry, panic symptoms, fear, avoidance, physical anxiety symptoms, or anxiety that interferes with daily life.

Obsessive-Compulsive Symptoms

Recurrent intrusive thoughts, urges, images, or repetitive behaviors that cause distress or interfere with functioning.

Mood Disorders

Significant changes in mood, energy, sleep, activity, or functioning that require careful diagnostic assessment.

ADHD (Attention-deficit / hyperactivity disorder)

Recurrent intrusive thoughts, urges, images, or repetitive behaviors that cause distress or interfere with functioning.
