Insurance & Self-Pay

Oberidon Health accepts self-pay patients. Before scheduled care, eligible uninsured or self-pay patients will receive information about expected charges consistent with applicable Good Faith Estimate requirements.

Insurance

Oberidon Health is actively expanding participation with insurance plans in Georgia, Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, and Washington. This page will be updated as payer contracts become effective.

Insurance coverage is not a guarantee of payment. Patients are responsible for understanding their plan’s benefits, copayments, deductibles, coinsurance, referral requirements, and out-of-network provisions. Oberidon Health will provide available information but cannot guarantee how an insurer will process a claim.

When appropriate, self-pay patients may request a superbill that can be submitted to an insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined solely by the patient’s health plan.
